To ensure a quick reply, please DO NOT CHANGE WHAT IS WRITTEN IN THE SUBJECT LINE. Our emails are sorted so we have a basic idea of what the message is about, and our filter uses the subject lines to do this. Changing this will mean that we may not get to your email and reply as fast as we can. Thank you.
If you have an issue that is particularly urgent you may contact the admin by putting URGENT in the subject line. This is only in the case of a dire emergency and is not to be abused. Emails marked so will be viewed most likely within 12 hours at most. You be the judge. All emails are replied to within 24 hours, so please use the contacts below.

We love to hear what players think of AN, and we like it when you send in pictures and interesting stories for us to look at - we might even post them on the site. You might like to ask one of the staff a question? Or maybe you'd like to learn more about the game, or make a suggestion that you think would be useful for future updates of the game? Maybe you have something nice to say about AN? Whatever it is, we'd love to hear from you so send us an E-MAIL! (.jpg, .gifs and .txt attachments only please!) Unfortunately, we don't create personalised graphics for people or offer html help as of yet, so we can't help you there.

Abuse and Reporting Players
Is another player harrassing you out of character? Or are they borderlining by harrassing you in character? Are they making you feel uncomfortable? Seen someone breaking AN's rules? Send an E-MAIL with the name and IP of the person to our Admin and we will sort it out for you. This is a very important issue for AN as we aim to make sure everyone is happy and following the rules of play. No one deserves to be bullied or upset by anyone. Your observations are appreciated.

Please do not FORWARD emails to us, we have no use for chain emails, surveys, quizzes and petitions as we are busy replying to other player emails and updating the site. We have an auto-filter which will delete these emails. Your cooperation is appreciated.
