SedonaSilver.com provides the Arabian Nights service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service, which may be changed without notice at any time; provided that they are within reason and in the interest of improving the game for it's players. Acceptance by you is not required. You may view this page as often as you like.

2. WHAT WE PROVIDE
Arabian Nights, in association with SedonaSilver.com is currently a free service and available to any individual over 12 years who is willing to abide and respect the rules stated by the administration of this website. AN wishes you to know that this game is purely ficticious, meaning nothing on this site is in anyway related to real life. This is a simulation of Equine interaction and should by no means be taken literally, nor accepted as 'real'. This game is played out over message boards provided by free host services and is therefore Play-By-Post (PBP) as well as Role Play (RP).

3. REQUIREMENTS.
To participate in this game, you will require access to the internet (world wide web) at least 5 times a week to benefit fully from what AN services provide. No certain level is set, but you are expected to have reasonable grammar and spelling skills and you may benefit from a brief knowledge of html (although this is not necessary, but encouraged).

4. PRIVACY
Any information submitted by you as a member is hereby your responsibility. Arabian Nights will not ask you for personal information (eg: address, phone numbers, pictures etc) or internet related content such as passwords and usernames. All we require for use of services is a valid, active email address so we may contact you through business of the game only. You details will not be handed to advertisers/other parties and will remain as sole information for SedonaSilver.com/Arabian-Nights.net only.

5. MEMBER CONDUCT
As an agreeing member, you are required to show respect to the administration of this site and the other members you may interact with in the site. This includes both In Character(IC) and Out of Character(OOC).
You will not harrass/stalk/abuse another player.
You understand that what you post on the message boards is by your own discretion. SedonaSilver.com/Arabian Nights will take no responsibility for what is posted on the boards including copyrighted images/theft of bandwidth from other sites/text or posts taken from other people from other sites.
You are assumed to be over 13 years of age. If you are not, please ask for parental permission to participate in this game.
You will post in accordance to Arabian Nights RULES and TOS. All matter must be acceptable (ie: no adult content/advertising content)
You will NOT post advertising materials on ANY BOARDS unless where stated. (Such as the provided Advertising Board)

6. VIOLATIONS & COPYRIGHTS
i) Everything found on SedonaSilver.com, Arabian-Nites.com and certain Geocities.com pages is unquestionably property of Arabian Nights unless stated otherwise. You may not claim ownership.
ii) BANDWIDTH THEFT - This includes direct linking of images, text and pages unless allowed (ie: advertising etc) To do this may cause downtime of this site and is therefore NOT acceptable in any way, malicious or otherwise.
iii) All ideas, logos, pictures, images and photos are hereby copyright 2003-2007 to SedonaSilver.com (Sedona Inc.) and may not be reproduced for profit, commercial or personal use.
iv) VIOLATIONS of rules or TOS etc will result in expulsion from the game.

7. ADVERTISEMENTS AND PROMOTIONS
Arabian Nights accepts your rights to promote your website on this site IF Arabian Nights has done so on your own site.
We also provide a free advertising service - the inclusion of a board specifically for that purpose. You may post here as long as you likewise maintain a board where Arabian Nights may advertising in turn. Failure to comply will result in the deletion of your advertisement.
Arabian Nights takes no responsibility for the advertisment of certain contents on free services which AN may participate in (eg: board hosting services and Geocities promotions.) We have no control, thus blame cannot be placed.

8. GENERAL INFORMATION
The TOS constitute the entire agreement between you and Arabian Nights and govern your use of the Service. You will comply to whatever is required of you if in reason of you presence on game.
